Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 May 2026

These terms govern the AI Career Agent service ("the service") operated by Lavelin Consulting AB (org. nr 559554-6259), based in Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). By submitting an application or purchasing any plan, you ("the customer") agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

The service is offered in four plans:

Current prices, deliverables, and inclusions for each plan are listed on the pricing page. All listed prices include VAT for EU consumers. The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay — no additional taxes are added at checkout. For non-EU customers, no VAT applies.

2. Application and approval

Submitting the intake form is an application, not a purchase. We review every application and respond within 1–2 business days with either:

The contract is formed only when we receive payment via the Stripe link we provide.

3. Right of withdrawal (ångerrätt)

As an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and Directive 2011/83/EU, beginning the day after the contract is formed.

Important — waiver for digital services. Because the service is delivered digitally and begins immediately on payment (the strategy review starts within 1–2 business days, and the AI agent is provisioned the same day for subscription tiers), we ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

At checkout you will be asked to tick a box confirming:

"Jag samtycker till att tjänsten påbörjas omedelbart och jag förlorar därmed min ångerrätt enligt distansavtalslagen."
(I consent to the service starting immediately and waive my right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act.)

If you do not tick this box, the service will not begin until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You may withdraw within those 14 days by emailing lavelinconsulting@gmail.com with your order details, and we will refund the full amount.

4. Plan changes and upgrades

When you purchase a higher-tier plan while an active subscription exists, we apply your payment as follows:

Example: if you have 60 days remaining on AI Career Agent (€199 / 90 days) and upgrade to Guided Support (€399 / 90 days), the unused €133 of Agent time extends your Guided plan by approximately 30 days, for a total of 120 days of Guided.

We do not issue cash refunds for plan upgrades. The compensation is delivered as additional service time.

Downgrades to a lower-tier plan are reviewed individually — please contact lavelinconsulting@gmail.com before purchasing a lower-tier plan while you have an active subscription.

This policy does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for the original purchase.

5. Refund policy

5.1. Career Blueprint (one-time)

If the delivered Blueprint does not meet your expectations, reach out within 14 days of delivery at lavelinconsulting@gmail.com and we will make it right — including a full refund if needed.

5.2. 3-month plans (Agent, Guided, Private)

All subscription plans are a fixed 3-month engagement paid upfront. There is no automatic renewal — when the 3 months end, you decide whether to continue.

Because the service starts immediately and you get full access to every feature from day one, subscription payments are non-refundable once delivery has begun. This applies regardless of how many features you use during the term.

If something goes wrong on our side — for example, we fail to deliver what was promised — we will of course work with you to find a fair solution. And if you haven't yet consented to immediate delivery, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right still applies (see section 3).

6. Early termination

You are free to stop using the service at any time. There is no lock-in and no automatic renewal — each engagement ends naturally after 3 months.

Stopping early does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining term. If you feel we have not delivered what was promised, please reach out to lavelinconsulting@gmail.com — we take every case seriously and will review it individually.

7. Acceptable use

8. AI disclosure

Outputs generated by the service — including job matches, CV adaptations, cover letters, interview-prep notes, and parts of the strategy — are produced by AI systems (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models) operating on a methodology developed by Vitalii Lavelin. AI outputs are reviewed by Vitalii at the strategy level and are quality-checked at the framework level, but every output should be read critically before you act on it.

The service is not legal, financial, medical, immigration, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for those domains.

9. Limitation of liability

Career outcomes — interviews, offers, salary, timing — depend on the labour market, the customer's actions, and many factors outside our control. We make no warranty or guarantee of any specific outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount the customer paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

10. Intellectual property

The methodology, scoring rubrics, prompts, frameworks, and brand are the intellectual property of Lavelin Consulting AB. The service grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use outputs generated for you. The customer retains ownership of personal data they submit (CV content, biographical information).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Stockholms tingsrätt (Stockholm District Court), unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence specifies otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
